A walk along Ocean Beach
I've been crazed with Hipstamatic pics. I have a large album of them on Facebook.
A little portrait (8 x 8) in pencil and oil, carved into encaustic.
Working a series where the model (or I) do layered writings on gessoed boards before working a portrait on top. This one is covered in thick beeswax. The line drawing is carved out and then brushed with oil paints and wiped down. Ever the printmaker, me.
